Product Description

 

The SUPT MOTION VCAR0980-0249-00A is currently one of the cylindrical linear voice coil motors with the highest thrust in the industry. It was developed specifically for aerospace and large industrial equipment drive applications, with a peak thrust of 980N, a continuous thrust of 605N, and a total stroke of 24.9mm. a body diameter of 126 mm, a length of 134.5 mm, and a moving coil weight of 1,426 g. It can be directly integrated into mechanisms for aerospace component assembly, large industrial machine tools, and heavy-duty equipment positioning, enabling precise and stable drive and positioning of ultra-heavy components, and meeting the stringent operational requirements of high-end industrial and aerospace applications.
This voice coil motor features an aerospace-grade, high-strength titanium alloy housing and an ultra-high-power winding structure, with an impact resistance of up to 10,000 N/m². It can withstand heavy loads and instantaneous impact forces encountered during the assembly of aerospace components and the operation of large industrial equipment without deformation or performance degradation, meeting the high reliability and precision standards of aerospace products.
